    I had to wait over an our past my scheduled appt. time before I was seen by Ms Stevens. My Appt qwas for 9:00 am was not seen until after 10:00 . When she did arrive she commented she was waiting to talk with the physician for further instructions. . If this was the case it would have been a courtesy to come and tell me the reason for the delay instead of just leaving me sitting in a room feeling forgotten .

    I have been with this provider for a couple years now, and she has taken care of me very well, she's always so nice and kind and interested in concerned about my health.       Candice is amazing! She took time to answer every question I had and used language I could actually understand - her use of metaphors was extremely helpful in better understanding the diagnosis! She is just very relatable, open, and kind. I have mild medical anxiety and she completely eased my anxieties. Her nursing and admin staff were all incredibly helpful and nice too!

      Candice has been treating me for seven and a half years. I am a cancer survivor. I trust her with what she tells me. I know she's going to be thorough in her examination and blood draw. I would recommend Candice to anyone who needs confidence in their caregiver. Thank you.

      Complete bloodwork that was ordered by my KDMC nephrologist was to be included in my blood work for this visit, which I requested be done also during this visit and was approved by the nurse practitioner. It was not included, which resulted in my having to have additional bloodwork done again the following day. Also done was my A1C which done by my KDMC diabetes doctor the previous month and unnecessary.

      Candice listens and responds. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides me with information on how to deal. Nothing is too small or too big to discuss either her. I feel she genuinely cares and it is comforting

      I've been going there for about 3 years and I've always got what I needed even before I leave I get my labs report that's what's available for some it takes a couple of days. But I think Candice is so nice and sincere and she listens to everything I have to say and I trust her to take care of me
