I love Brittany as a person and a doctor only thing I didn't like was we had been told they were moving to 28th street and went there and it was a dermatology office and were told they were on 1200 central Ave..there was another woman there that had to go to 1200 central Ave where we were told they had called everyone on the Friday before to let them know their new address...I looked on my phone to c I had two calls from Borst office on Friday but there was NO MESSAGE LEFT...just showed two missed calls..wouldve been nice had they left a message so we could've gone to the correct place instead of being 20 minutes late

The biggest issue I see with the new facility is it's very difficult to find your way through the building. You literally have to have someone lead you. There's something else I wanted to tell you. Oh, the phlebotomist. You need at least two people there just for the normal time that people coming in. If you've got extras coming in from the rest of the hospital, you're going to have to have three or four people in a lot bigger facility just to do the blood testing.

Best phobotoms there is took my blood first time every time the very best in Ashland she need a raise for sure most people hate getting their bloodwork

Yes, I didn't see a doctor. My appointment was at 10 o'clock. I didn't see a doctor until 11:30 and I didn't get out of there until 12 o'clock. So pretty long wait time. Thank you.

I was there a couple months ago, waited two hours and saw the doctor for five minutes. I will say this time they got me in and got me out in an hour, which is definitely a positive.

Spent little time in waiting room and was seen by provider about 30 minutes after vitals were checked. Didn't have to wait to give blood samples. Left about an hour after arrival

Brittany, the nurses and ultrasound tech were wonderful. The lab tech was great, but they need a better system of keeping the patients straight and keeping them in order for getting labs.

I'm usually difficult to draw blood from but the lady who drew mine did it with only one stick. She was wonderful and very friendly and kind. She knows how to do her job!

I do NOT like the new location. The old location at the hospital was very convenient and easier for me to drive to.

The waiting area was very small. There was nowhere to sit and I was forced to stand or share a chair with a gentleman, one of the chairs for a larger person. I had to share a chair with him and I did not like this.

Brittany is a great PA, who is always on top of things. She listens carefully and is always willing to explain test results and questions that may arise.

The team does an excellent job!

I had an ultrasound which went real quick. I took and went back out in the waiting room. About 10, 15 minutes they came and got me. I sat in the room waiting on Brittany for over an hour. And every time I seem to go divorced, it takes them forever to get to you. That needs to be taken care of. It's waiting in the back too long.

It is very convenient to have thyroid ultrasounds and bloodwork done in this office during routine appointments. I greatly appreciate not having to schedule other appointments at other offices to have these medical procedures done.

My appointment was at 345, and I was out of the office at 418. Brittany was attentive. I didn't wait five minutes in the waiting room. I didn't wait two minutes in the room in the back. And Christy that took my blood was amazing. I literally watched her stick me, and I was like, didn't you feel that? She was amazing. Her whole staff was amazing. And Dr. Borch is brilliant. It was a very pleasant visit. They answered all my questions, talked to me about everything that I needed to know about my condition, and explained everything very properly to me.

I really like Brittany because she's really invested in what she tells us, but we sat in the office, not in the office room, in the room once we got back there and waited an hour before somebody came in.

I like Brittany very well. She's very friendly, very professional. I accidentally pressed two on the second question and jumped the gun. All I heard was yes and clicked it. I didn't understand the scale, so I would have chosen a four on all of her acts. Anyway, thanks.

I am very happy with my provider . Since UK has taken over , I can no longer afford to get my bloodwork done at the office . The changes for my quarterly bloodwork totaled around $1400, of which I owe about $280. I can get my bloodwork done , through Quest without insurance and just pay $115. KDMC will not get insurance $ or my money for bloodwork anymore.

Listened to concerns and very helpful

Too many people are being scheduled at the same time. I waited nearly two hours past my appointment time and had to cancel another appointment for that day. I cannot afford to let that happen again. From now on, if I am not seen in a timely manner, I will need to leave and reschedule. Possibly you can send a text to notify patients of how far behind our appointments will be. It seems that staff morale is very low, quite unlike the way it was just a year ago. Seems like this change has happened all of a sudden. It's perplexing. Mrs. Stewart is a wonderful provider and I cannot say enough good about her. The lab tech who took my blood is amazing. She has drawn my blood for a few years now, and is the best I've ever had.

All providers should be like Brittany. You are treated like a person.
