Dr. Frederick is amazing. He listens to your questions and concerns. He does not rush through the appointment. That's one thing that I always bless about him. His bedside manners are just phenomenal. He is literally the best OB in the tri-state, hands down.

Yes, Dr. Frederick is absolutely awesome. He is an asset to your hospital. I thank him for everything he's done for me and probably every other woman that he has done this surgery or delivered babies. He's just very good. Thank you.

This was my first visit to his office. Everyone was nice! I felt very comfortable there. I was surprised, and very thankful, that he listened to what I had to say and did not make me feel rushed.

All good except for time/appointment accuracy :)

I really like my provider, but it is very hard to reach the office staff to make an appointment or speak to a nurse. I called and left a message with a nurse and never received a phone call back. I called to make an appointment because I was having complications and they scheduled me for a month out. I just wish it was easier to make sooner appointments or to speak to someone. I really don't want to switch providers though because he is a great doctor, I just feel like it's a battle every time trying to get through to the office or talk to a nurse.

I'm always appreciative of the opportunity to engage with students. This visit included a student and a few observations to note: The student wore street clothes that were too cumbersome for a full exam (no gown, no scrubs). It was awkward.. Dr. Frederick is exceptional and I know having a student can be awkward, but the lack of conversation & banter was odd.

Dr Frederick was running behind this day, but I was also a new OB patient so I was waiting on the ultrasound room. He is always so thorough and responsive to my questions. Very knowledgeable! I also made several calls afterwards and they are always returned in a timely manner. Thank you Dr Frederick and staff!

Excellent experience with Dr. Frederick! He took all the time I needed to allow me to express concerns and to answer the questions I had. He provided a follow up message with results and recommendations made via mychart text feature that was very helpful as well.

Dr. Frederick and his staff are great. He sits there and listens to you like you're a friend. I think he really listens to his patients on what they have to say. You can't find a better OBGYN.

He is the best hands down

Dr. Frederick and his office staff were absolutely phenomenal. They worked me in with short notice and although I was a new patient they treated me as if I had been seen there a thousand times. They took the very best care of me when I needed it and I can't thank them enough. They went above and beyond!

Whole office seemed new... Reception Staff seemed disconnected from patients ... not friendly I sat for an hour and watched multiple people come and go, finally I went and asked why ... they said I was next... the nurse who called me back and took vitals was very kind and apologetic but said I was marked as in progress in the computer so I think the receptionist accidentally did it and caused me to be skipped repeatedly... that nurse couldn't get my blood pressure on machine so she took it manually ... then asked me to check my pulse on my watch cause her hands were cold and she didn't want to take it manually with cold hands... just a different type visit than I've experienced in a long time...

Dr. Frederick has been the best gynecologist I have ever seen. He actually listens and does his best to help with the right options. I drive over an hour to see him. This is a lot considering I have gynecologists two minutes from my house.

It is hard to get calls back from the front desk a lot of the times

I feel like a more thorough check and a bit more time spent talking about my experience could have prevented what ended up happening the next weekend.

Dr. Frederick and all his staff is wonderful. You couldn't ask for better care and I appreciate them all so much!
