Great Doctor and staff

From the time the nurse called me back till I walked out the door the nurse was very professional and very very nice, I have seen Dr Collins for years she has always taken care of me! The check out lady was super nice. I hope to continue my care here.

Brandi Collins is a great doctor. She takes her time, listens to everything. She makes sure that you're good to go before you even leave the office.

This doctor was very professional. She saw me in a timely manner and she had answered any questions that I may have had in any questions that I may not have even thought of. She went into great detail explaining all diagnosis and her staff was very helpful. They were very friendly and bringing me back to the room in a timely manner and just provided exceptional care. I would recommend this a 10 out of 10 anytime.

Dr Collins is just a wonderful person inside and out. She cares and prays about her patients. She's got a great heart with only the best intentions for her patients.

King's Daughters should allow their Doctors to spend more time with the patients! Ten or fifteen minutes isn't always enough!! Dr.Collins is an excellent doctor,been with her since she started.

I got a DOT physical by this provider for several years my past experience. I have never had to pay because they always build my employer. this time they would not see me until I paid cash. I will probably try to find a different provider next time.

My provider goes out of her way to figure out what is causing my issue(s), and if it is something that is complex and needs testing etc., she gets that done.

Calling the office in Paintsville is horrible. I can never get past a message center and then told it isn't available at this time. This has been going on like this for months. Ever since dr Collin's moved into the KDMC family. Please work on availability to my doctors office

Brandi is a great doctor. I really appreciate having her for a doctor. She understands what I'm talking to her. She explains herself to me. She explains my situations and what's wrong with me. Dr Brandy Collins is a wonderful provider, but the check in system needs better management. I guess you don't know which window to go to. And sometimes when we call, we never get through it faster for us to drive there.

Dr Collins is great always there when I need her

Dr. Brandy is an excellent doctor. I will go nowhere else. She seen me very quickly. She explained what was wrong with me. She gave me medicines. I was in and out in very little time. And I won't go nowhere else except King's Daughters Facilities. Thank you.

What was wrong was, when somebody comes into the office and they're puking their guts out, why can't they give the F10 and never get a shot anymore? You took that away from them. You just want to send everybody to the ER, ER. All insurance don't pay ER for just a shot. So that's your fault, not the doctor's.

Dr. Collins is a wonderful, caring, thoughtful doctor that you don't find these days! I'm thankful for the KDMC office in Paintsville's but sometimes getting through when calling is very difficult, and seeing if someone is available to check you in is a little hard unless you go look at each window but those two issues is not a Dr. Collins problem.
