Bobby Marcum is a really, really nice person and he takes time with me and had knee surgery and he's just thoughtful and I am glad that I have been going to him for a while and I understand him and he understands me and I really appreciate it.

I would've done better talking to the doctor than the nurse practitioner. He wasn't as informative as I would've liked.

Bobby Markham is awesome. He comes in, he knows what you're there for, he knows the history, he's very compassionate and understanding and talks about you, about things besides what you're there for in your personal life. Thank you.

The experience that I had was the checking in and checking out due to staff allowing other people to go around myself and others in line. It wasn't done in a formal fashion. When I came out, I was standing behind a man and a young boy that was checking out and a woman stepped in and the woman, the clerk took her in front of me, even though I'd been standing there for about three or four minutes. So that seems to be a bone of contention with me that I run into. The checking in, not so much, but the checking out seems to be the problem with the number of people in and out.
