The reason I wasn't seen in timely manner was because of emergency for the Dr. which I accept as ok. My first appointment with this Dr. so could not know about my prior history. Dr. Was very knowledgeable about my concerns and made me feel confident in what she advised

I was not expecting to have to wait for 90 minutes before being seen by Dr. Wright. She was very professional and knowledgeable, but I left without knowing for certain about a diagnosis that she mentioned. I researched the condition and was able to figure out the reason for the medication she prescribed.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:00. I sat in the waiting room until 3:45. I was then put in a room and sat there until the doctor finally came in at 4:50-almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. This office needs to stop over scheduling. I always have to wait a long time at this office and so does everyone else I know that goes here. After this appointment I am really considering finding another provider.

I feel like Dr. Wright was very thorough. I feel like she did not rush through our visit. I feel like she took her time, was very patient, listened to my concerns, offered guidance even when I said I didn't really want to take medication. She was just very, very helpful and I really enjoy sitting and talking with her because I feel like she knows her stuff and I feel like she really genuinely cares. Thank you.

So thankful for Dr. Wright's care and compassion. She went above and beyond in my treatment. Can't say enough good things about her. I trust her completely.

It was my first time there with Dr. Wright and my care was exceptional and I have no complaints.

Dr. Wright is an amazing doctor, and I go there because I like her, but her office staff is not. After waiting an hour and a half, I asked the receptionist, she turned around and asked whoever it is that takes your blood pressure and stuff, and she said, I will get to her when I can get to her. So I'm not sure I will go back, I love Dr. Wright, but I'm not sure that office staff and whatever they're doing at scheduling six and 10 people every 15 minutes. When I walked in, there was 25 people in the lobby. I understand there's more than one doctor there, but the waiting room was packed the whole two hours that I was waiting.

Dr. Wright was very professional and helpful and took her time with me which I appreciated very much. However, it took me 3 days in a row calling her office to get an appointment for my upcoming surgery, which I found very frustrating. I've never had to wait on any other Dr's office to get back with me like that. I felt like I had to keep calling or who knows when they would have called me back. Also, I got there a little early to fill out the paperwork (which I had already done online), only to wait almost another 45-50 minutes, when I saw others in there going in right away. As a new patient, I felt like that was a really long time to wait.

Dr. Wright and her staff was amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Wright.

I called hours ahead in the morning to possibly cancel so as to not waste anyone's time. Front desk said they would call me back shortly to confirm. Never did. So I showed up anyways (early) to be respectful of everyone's time. I waited almost an HOUR AND A HALF after my appointment to be seen! Dr. Wright is great at her job but it's a problem if patients are late, but no problem at all if everyone else wastes our time. I like her and will return but I really really hope I don't experience this again or it will be the last time. If appointments are an issue, don't schedule so many people at once or schedule a correct time everyone involved can be respectful of.

I have to say I'm glad they treat people. They treat them very well. That's all.

We waited over 2.5 hours before we were seen by the provider or had an ultrasound. I understand the office is very busy and sees many patients but an almost 3 hour wait is ridiculous especially since the appointment was scheduled weeks in advance. Dr. Wright and the MA were nice and friendly but the wait times need to be managed better, you will lose business over it.

I was put in a room fairly quickly. But then proceeded to sit in said room for over an hour before the physician came in.

Everyone was very nice and polite; however, my wait was over two hours. I was told there were four deliveries and a code blue. I exercised patience.
