I love Dr. Ashley and I love the nurse Sherry lady in there. She is wonderful. They're both just phenomenal and I really am glad I found them. I need to press anything for it to say.

She is a very caring doctor and listens carefully to you. I have so many friends that go to her now. They love her too. Very blessed to have her here in Eastern Kentucky.

Dr. Adams is simply the best. She's overworked. KDMC Prestonsburg is severely understaffed when it comes to physicians and physician assistants. There are many days when none of the PA's or nurse practitioners are on staff and you need to be seen. You can do better, UK-KDMC when it comes to proper staffing.

Ashley Adams did a great job. Very, very pleased with her. Knew my health history, answered all my questions, had no problems whatsoever. Would highly recommend her to anyone. Ashley is an excellent provider. We see her every three months for follow-up. If everything's going good, maybe six months, but she explains herself clearly and she lets you know all about the diagnosis. And if something comes back on your blood work or something, she always has the nurse to call and let us know what's going on. I would recommend her to anyone.

She's a really good doctor. I've been talking with her, I guess, well, over a year now. And she does her best. And if I'm sick or something, she'll send me to a person where I can get, know these tests and stuff. She's sending me to tests, to people I've got to have testes and stuff. So she's a good doctor.

She was caring and gave so much helpful information--things I had never been told before regarding thyroid medication and the possibility that my ringing ears could possibly be caused from the aspirin I am taking. JDMC needs to hire more physicians and physician assistants for the Prestonsburg location. The current physicians and physician assistants and nurse practitioners are overwhelmed because of the sheer patient flow.
