Ashley is very thorough with all of her explanations of what is going on with you. She's very kind, caring. I do highly recommend her. She listens to you and doesn't rush you or anything like that. And I just highly, highly recommend her as anyone that's having any gastro problems at all. Thank you.

The provider was very thorough and very compassionate and I got more done in that appointment than I've gotten done over the past three years going to physicians trying to get something figured out with my health. It was great.

Yes, I had a very good experience. I was there at 8:45 that morning. I was taken in very quickly and then also Ashlee came in and she was very thorough. They checked my heart rate. They checked my blood pressure. They asked me all the crucial questions about my medicine. They're a very professional group of people and Ashley I just love and adore her. She's a great little lady. So keep up the good work at King's Daughter and I'll keep on coming back. God bless.

This visit seemed a total waste of my time.

I would say that Ashlee and her entire staff is one of the nicest, most accommodating, smiling, caring people that I have ever come across. And yes, I would go back to her any time that I possibly had to go. So she would be the one I would go to.

Great physicians and NP

Just felt like she had something bothering her , didn't seem as friendly as she normally does, I was to do a stool sample & Saturday morning I went to take it to UC in Portsmouth OH, they had no order for it & it was upsetting. I drove about 30-40 minutes

When I called to set up appointment, they worked very hard to get me in quick due to my symptoms. I really appreciated that. The nurse that brought me into examine room was very attentive and reassuring. The woman that scheduled an upcoming procedure was also so kind and easy to talk to. The GI practitioner was also very good and kind.

we were seen right away, we didnt have to wait for a long period of time when we got there and she immediately called the right doctor that we needed to be seen by had an appointment in just a couple days plus her whole office is very polite and nice

The staff in the office were friendly and helpful. Ashlee is a very kind and is very easy to talk to. I felt like I had a million questions and she sat down with me and answered everything. She ask me appropriate questions so she could plan my treatment and tests. I felt very comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

It was a comfortable and private room and the Dr. explained everything well and I knew what to expect in the coming test.

I had a wonderful experience with the provider. However, my medicine was not sent into my pharmacy, which is not the issue. My issue occured whenever I called to remedy the situation, the scheduler I was forwarded to was rude, dismissive, and accusatory. She stated, "If you had picked it up in a timely manner, then it would be at the pharmacy." My appointment was on a Friday and I was calling on a Monday. The pharmacy confirmed they did not receive the prescription. She then proceeded to have a rude attitude and said she was "looking right at" where the script was sent and acted as if she did not believe me, and when I thanked her for her help, she said "Mm hm." And the call ended. Again, I had a terrific experience with the nurse and the provider. Nothing but praise. It was when I made this phone call that I had a less than satisfactory experience.

I'm very satisfied with the care I receive from my provider and from the facility, and I plan to keep going there in the future. Thank you.

Since this was my first time in the office, I gave some threes because they weren't totally familiar with my background, only what the computer offered and what I could discuss with them. So I'm very satisfied, but I'm sure as time goes on, I'll be even more so. Thank you very much.

First visit with Ashlee. She was very nice, listened, and answered questions. I didn't get as many answers as I wanted, but that was because further testing was needed. My follow up testing was scheduled, but a month out and that was at a farther facility.
