I was not seen in a timely manner because of intake. There were too many people for the staff. It wasn't the provider's problem. They're wonderful. They were trying really hard, but there were just too many people there for the two people who were doing intake. Thank you very much.

Anna cares deeply about her patients and the lung problems that they deal with constantly! She's never dismissive about questions or concerns I have with the medications I'm on or if I've read about an alternative medication I've not used before and am curious about . She's patient in those times and explains why she believes it might not be the best treatment for me. Question - Do you as medical professionals realize how important that is to your patients?

Anna is very caring provider. She asked about my recent illnesses and hospitalizations. After much discussion she said I should add oxygen to my Cpap at night for better rest. Yes I've recommended Anna to others who needed respiratory therapy.
