Timely, informative and professional visit

Had to wait for some time because the provider had an emergency. The nurse didn't bother telling me why I had to wait for so long. It would have been ok if the nurse informed me.

Yeah, I was very impressed and pleased with the visit, except wondering why they quit doing the digital rectal exam for prostate issues. Not that I have one, apparently, and my numbers were good, so I'm pleased with that. And she said that if it was the same, then nothing else would need to be done until her next appointment. So anyway, yeah, overall, I was pleased. And of course, the number came in where she and I thought it would, and that was even better. So thank you for your help. Bye.

Yes, I have been a patient there for many years now and the lady at the front desk has always been very rude anytime I've been there. Not just with me, but I've noticed with the other patients that she interacted with at the times I've been there. And this last time I just figured I'd leave a comment or, you know, a rating. Maybe someone could talk to her and maybe just let her know she could be a little bit more friendly because she makes me and several other people very uncomfortable and that might be something to look into. Thank you.

This was my first visit with Dr. Pannutti, and it was an excellent visit. I was apprehensive because of the first visit, but was made at ease. I found that she was very professional, and that I am thoroughly satisfied, and I'm glad to have her as a doctor.
