Amber is amazing. It would have been great if she had been given the results of my chest CT to know that I have blood clots in my lungs. It took almost 3 weeks to get those results. Now they want me to pay for a pulmonologist appointment. Why? You let me walk around for 3 weeks with multiple pulmonary embolisms and now it's important? I already had to pay for an appointment with a vascular surgeon that said they were not going to do anything differently than the urgent care. Also, I saw a hematologist who didn't even do a blood panel on me after my blood was taken. One test was done. I'm so upset with this situation. Amber is so caring and competent and I can't say enough good things about her. But she can't do her job properly without having test results in a timely manner.
