The doctor was great, the nursing staff was great, scheduling is very poor. You can't get anything scheduled. It takes weeks to do it. And UK has sent, I don't know how many messages to scheduling and still can't get any results. Finally got some after three or four weeks and in the meantime I'm in pain. So no, I'm not happy with scheduling. Thank you.

From the moment I walked in the waiting room to when I left , I felt like I was the only patient there. They were so kind, so sweet, and laughed with me and shared ideas and options. They were helpful. I was highly impressed with everything. I only wish every office ran like this. You could tell everyone got along and worked well together. Everyone smiled!! The atmosphere in this office should be used in training/NEO videos. lol

The PA that I seen was very, very nice, very compassionate, very detailed on everything. The nurse that was working with her was exceptional. I had a very bad meltdown a day and the nurse helped me so much, very caring, very compassionate, one of the best nurses that I've ever had.

Miss Rowsey was friendly, courteous and listened, Good experience with her, I wasn't happy at all about having to wait a month and a half to get in there, Whoever does the scheduling needs to do better when you explain your hurting and it seems to make no difference to them, Need to do better.

They do not notify me about my appointments. I don't get none whatsoever or none of them. And that's the only thing it is. They don't text me and tell me, you know, I got an appointment at that day or whatever. They don't tell me. Thank you.

We were told to schedule an ultrasound-scan, but couldn't get it scheduled. One person would say it had to be ordered by Dr's and that office said it was already scheduled. But not before my procedure.

My provider was really great. She was very comforting and had a great office manner, very easy to talk with, and I know those types of topics can be embarrassing for a patient. It was very easy to speak with her, so she gets an A plus in my book.

I am very happy with the care I have received. I just became a patient and was very impressed with the way I was treated. I was comfortable and very pleased.

Really appreciate and like my doctor, she took time to listen to me and understand the situation that I had.

I suggest that you put building A and building B outside where you're supposed to go in. It was very difficult to figure out what door to go in when you're accustomed to seeing building A, building B. There's no direction on telling you where you're supposed to go when you go in what building to go into because it doesn't tell you. That's my suggestion.

No issues with the provider at all, but you can most improve with the valet staff. I had issue with the valet and I give them zero stars and I don't know if they're part of King's Daughters or a separate entity, but your valet gets zero stars from me. Thank you.
