Allison Riffe, APRN

Yes, I was very impressed with the care that Ms. Allison Riffe gives my daughter. You can tell that she cares. She cares about what she does. She cares about her patients and not only her and the nurse that took care of us that day. She's taken care of us a few times. I wish I could remember her name because I would give that gal a daisy award. She is good at what she does. Ms. Riffe is in the right field.

I think everything worked pretty smoothly. They listened, they asked the questions that needed to be, so we could get through the process pretty easily. Everything was done. They even listened when I was like, hey, I have a short record from this last pediatrician. Got back there and they was assuring me like, hey, all that information's gonna get put in. They're getting back the information from the last care provider. They listened to any questions I had. She sat down with me and was like, hey, do you have any questions, anything that's coming up? I asked about any questions I had from the top of my head, and everything was really good. I mean, other than they were not liking the shots too well, but I don't know many babies that like getting the shots too well, but I mean, they was great with them. The nurse came in even after the shots was over and like let us know the results of the lead test. I mean, it's everything. It was a really good experience. I mean, even getting the lead, The blood from the left and the finger, I mean, they had two nurses in it. One was just trying his best and he's eating.

Alison such a sweetheart, very knowledgeable and caring. I never doubt or question her treatment or advice. I truly do appreciate her taking care of my child when needed.

Allison is so personable and professional. She takes her time, listens to all questions and is great with my children

She makes our son very comfortable and explains what she is doing to him (looking in ears and throat) and it puts him at ease.
