Dr Gilberts is such an amazing provider. She spends as much time as needed and makes sure you leave comfortable with the visit. I'm so thankful for her guidance in my weight loss journey. She is top notch and UKKD is so lucky to have her.

Dr. Gilberts is an amazing physician and I am always so happy to visit even though I normally dread going to the doctor. She has a was about her that puts you at ease. She is the kind of person that has a true calling for the progression. You can really tell she cares.

I was just going to say the doctor was very helpful and kind and nice and teaches me a lot about my diet and how that whole, everything works. And the nurse that checked me in was super nice too and very polite. Thank you.

EXCELLENT CARE AS USUAL ....

Dr. Gilberts is probably my favorite provider at King's Daughters. She always takes time to listen to any questions I may have and she is always attentive. She's not just listening to answer a question. She's actually listening to what I have to say and she's listening to the feedback and she really, truly cares about her patients and I don't feel that way about my other providers the way I do when I have an appointment with her.

I really am concerned about the request to make sure I am approved for the meds due to bloodwork coming back abnormal due to eating before- even though not specified date, time. Like to lie. Also I do not even know if the medicine was cleared by Neurologist as promised contact. And third, why did she feel necessary to brush my bangs out of my eyes as she couldn't stand it. Can she not accept me the way I am? Why necessary to push to change me whether I agree or not? I just don't know if I trust this provider to do things right and to care for my best interest? I feel like I was just a number goal to get me to do something whether if it was best for me or not.

Everyone there is really nice and helpful

I have never in my life felt more cared for by a doctor - period! My health is finally in check because I have a doctor who is looking at my health AS A WHOLE and who is supporting me in my obesity care the way I need to be supported. Dr. Gilberts has worked with me (with my PCP's blessing) to adjust my medications to a place where everything is manageable and I'm slowly and steadily losing weight (the right way!), and for the first time in my life I don't let my weight tell me my worth. As someone with diagnosed eating disorders and the shame that am comes along with that, to be comfortable enough to keep my appointments and comfortable enough to be honest with her about how I'm eating, whether or not I've been able to follow through with my plan, etc. and knowing she is my biggest cheerleader has been amazing. It's like going to see a friend. Two of my friends have gone to see her as well, and I tell everyone about her. She is a godsend - literally an answer to my prayers for both my mental and physical health! The whole staff there is great. Tammy is also super. When I call and she answers the phone I can hear her smiling through the phone. Makes my day no matter why I'm calling!

I had a very positive experience. The staff and the doctor were extremely nice and accommodating. I felt very comfortable and confident with my treatment plan and would recommend this office.

Dr. Gilbert was very caring and kind and listened to what I had to say and we worked together. One thing you can improve on is it took me three hours to be there. My appointment was at two and I didn't leave until five. So that's the thing you can improve on. Thanks. Have a great day. Bye.

She made me feel like she understood what I was feeling and she was very helpful. She took her time to explain and gave me time to answer, ask questions. She did a very good job. Overall, she's better than a four.

Dr Gilberts was very thorough and I appreciate how she listened and truly cared. She explained everything so well and made me feel comfortable and not judged. I had been hesitant to go, worried it would make me feel worse about myself. I am so very thankful for such a positive experience that helped give me hope and encouragement. Dr Gilberts is a true blessing and I am so glad she is using her knowledge and skills to serve our community. The staff were all very friendly and supportive as well. Very much appreciated. I really liked how the provider took the time to explain to me everything about my health care and also she answered all of my questions. She took her time and made sure I understood and she used the language that I needed to make sure that I understood everything also. She actually went through my diagnosis with me and I had so many questions that she answered every one of them. So I was very happy with this provider. I've never had somebody who actually looked at my overall health and cared enough to take the time to explain things to me. She's very nice and pleasant.

CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT DR GILBERTS AND HER STAFF. ALWAYS HAVE BEEN VERY ATTENTIVE TO ME AND GIVE THE CARE THAT IS RIGHT FOR ME !! WE ARE VERY BLESSED TO HAVE HER IN OUR LOCAL HEALTH CARE SYSTEM ...

The Dr was very informative Answered all of our questions and even gave me info on things I never even thought about Definitely worth the 1 1/2 hour drive to her! (That's 3 hours to and from) Thankful I found her!! KDMC You ROCK?
