Very knowledgeable, polite, kind and listened to both me and my child. Knew exactly what was wrong when other drs did not. Greatly appreciate this man. And the staff were all excellent as well! Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to push the one negative comment. I have nothing but good to say about Dr. Baker and his office staff. His office staff is incredible. Sometimes it is a little busy in there and you do have to wait a little bit, but at the same time, sometimes that happens with a good doctor. But anyway, so long story short, he was a great doctor. So far, we've had great success with our surgery, and again, his office staff is off the charts in niceness. Thank you.

We always look forward to going and seeing Dr. Baker and his team at the urinose and throat office. It's the one doctor's appointment, I think, consistently that my kids look forward to. Dr. Baker is great with our kids. The whole office is great with our kids. They're never scared when they go in there. The office is always timely. It's just a great experience for going and getting health care.

Every time me and my wife go to see Dr. Baker, it's very pleasant. He's a down-to-earth doctor. He's really good, very professional, and we need more doctors like him in this area. Yes, we love Dr. Baker. Everybody in my family's been to see him for one problem or another on their ears. And he's been wonderful about it. He asks if I need refills every time I see him. And he cleans my ears and he tells me if I need him just to call and he'll see me. And the staff that he has is exceptionally good. So I can't praise them enough. And I want to thank them for being so nice to me all the time.

Yes, I was very satisfied with everything except for the aftercare when I came home. I didn't quite know what to expect. I thought at one time I had pneumonia and one time I thought it was bronchitis. I coughed a lot and I just wasn't sure about the things to look for after I got home. Usually in a couple days they all cleared up so I guess I'm all kind and I'm all right and I just love Dr. Baker. Thank you.

Excellent care

He is one of the better doctors at UK-KDMC. You have some doctors that still care about the patient and you have some that are just there for the money and do not ask me to name names for the doctors that are just there for the money. But you might start looking in your emergency room. Since KDMC HAS GONE WITH UK the service has gotten worse insread of better. Your facility is really top notch but your personnel lack a lot to be desired. Some of the doctors in the ER care and others do not.

It wasn't explained as to why being seen late, know at times things come up that will take a doctor off his schedule. All in all, the visit was good and everything well explained.

Very professional, caring, and thorough. I am happy I requested my family Dr to refer me to Dr. Baker. Who provided me with answers that I have been trying to get from other Dr's for over a year.

Dr. Baker made me feel as though my symptoms were not real. He was quick to rush through the appointment, didn't feel like he was listening to me or my concerns at all. He did not explain what was wrong in a way I could understand. Many people I know have had the same awful experience.

Yes, I was very pleased with the care that I was given. I was explained everything. I understand my treatment. I just still have pain and pressure and nausea. I guess that's from the things in my throat. Other than being in pain, I'm okay.

Well, on the first visit, you don't really know nothing. I mean, you know, it's just too early to tell how good he is or how you're treated the rest of the time. But I like Dr. Baker. I went to him years ago, so I'm trying him again. That's all I have to say. Thank you.

Good Doctor patient care

The check in nurse was a tad on the hateful side. Could have been a little more friendly. But office staff and doctor are great. All in all this doctor is wonderful. I'll definitely continue with Dr. Baker.

Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Dr Baker took the time to familiarize himself with my health and spent time to explain the treatment that I would need. I would definitely recommend Kings Daughters and Dr Baker to others that need their services.
