About UK King’s Daughters Vitality Center
The Vitality Center provides outpatient rehab services to people of all ages. It is the only center in the Tri-State offering pediatric rehabilitation services all in one location.
Services include:
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Therapy
The Vitality Center is on the lower level of UK King's Daughters Pavilion, adjacent to the UK King's Daughters Wellness Center.
Accessible parking is located on the lower level lot.
